FIND THE ALUMINUM STICKER IN THE FOLLOWING FORMAT XX-XX.

IF the first number on the bottom sticker ranges from 80-88 AND is a model in the MODEL LIST ABOVE:

YOUR HEATER IS LIKELY IN THE RECALL.
